Seal Coating

Seal coating is a mix of sand, clay, and other fillers and aggregates (known as a “coal tar emulsion”) which is applied to protect asphalt from common environmental effects, typically moisture and oxidation. Seal coating replenishes new paving (after the asphalt has been cured) and/or to existing asphalt (after the original oils have oxidized).

While this process can hide some deficiencies in pavement, it should not be considered a form of repair
for cracked or damaged asphalt. That's where we step
in and offer the best solutions that cater to each
specific situation.
